I’ve been woken up with painful contractions a couple of times and Tuesday I had contractions 10 mins apart for 2 hours before they stopped. I’ve also been losing my mucus plug for a couple of weeks, but it hasn’t been bloody. I’m 37 weeks and yesterday found out I’m 5cm dilated and 80% effaced.
