Cub cadet drive system oil equivalent
I have a 3225 with 60 inch deck that I've had for 4-5 years. Want to drain the drive system, replace the filter and refill the unit. What is the best fluid for this other than Cub Cadet "Drive System Fluid" from a Cub dealer at $40/gal. Does TSC have an equivilent blend that anyone would recommend? It appears that I will need 6 qt.problem is that the manual simply says cub cadet drive system oil. i know now they have a "cub cadet drive system oil plus". none of this tells me much, but i've been told the newere 2004 and up are taking basically a motor oil.
